Anya Satya Yoga was developed based on Anya’s studies of anatomy, aligning the body, Thai massage, and meditation. You will learn the asanas in their traditional form as well as from an evolutionary perspective where you will learn how and why your body moves as it does. Begin listening to your body and moving in a way that you know is safe and designed just for you. Our work together will inspire you to move with proper physical form and yogic philosophy creating a more layered experience, moving from the heart rather than the ego.

Often times we find ourselves feeling disconnected from our bodies. Whether it is from injury, age, or not having enough time to move, our bodies call for more attention. Yoga with Anya will help you reconnect with your body. Learn to move with intention to prevent pain and practice moving with acceptance and self love.

Prenatal Yoga

 

In prenatal classes, we practice breath awareness, yoga and mediation safely and effectively while pregnant to:

  • Support optimal health and awareness during pregnancy

  • Promote self-discovery in the natural and holistic journey of pregnancy and the birthing process

  • Cultivate self-empowerment and intuition to build confidence and decision making

Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

 

Relax deeply, release stress, and find balance during an intensely healing Sound Bath. Connecting mind, body, and breath brings your practice and healing journey full circle. Each Sound Bath session with Anya focuses on a theme that will ask you to journey deeper within yourself. Our inevitable busy schedules and to-do lists leave little time to clear the mind of irrational and unproductive thoughts. Invest in finding balance and peace within.

The Sound Bath uses a combination of quartz sound bowls and accompanying instruments. This Sound Bath and meditation will activate brain waves that will bring you to a deeper state of consciousness and relaxation. The healing frequencies from the sound bath will balance the frequencies of the brain hemispheres and all other parts of the body, bringing inner peace, reducing stress and anxiety, and encouraging deeper and fuller sleep.

Corporate Yoga

 

Yoga is an excellent way to find balance, mentally and physically. When we spend extended periods of time in front a screen or at a desk, we feel tension in the mind and body. Yoga will increase your office productivity as employees take a relaxing and reenergizing break.

Corporate yoga classes are offered at 30 and 60 minute sessions in order to make time between busy schedules.
